本文通过采用因子分析和降维思想,构建城市竞争力评价指标体系,从城市规模要素、产业发展和城市功能等三个方面,对厦、漳、泉三个城市进行城市竞争力的综合评价。依据评价结果合理确定厦漳泉都市区中心城市,同时对联盟中心机构在城市内部的选址给出合理建议。分析表明,厦门在要素规模指数、产业发展指数和城市功能指数均居于首位,且领先优势较大,起核心带动作用。建议厦漳泉“城市联盟
This article constructs the evaluation index system of urban competitiveness through factor analysis and dimensionality reduction, and makes a comprehensive evaluation of the competitiveness of the cities of Xiamen, Zhangzhou and Quanzhou from the aspects of city size, industrial development and urban functions. Based on the evaluation results, it is reasonable to determine the central city of Xiamen Zhangzhangquan Metropolitan Area, and give reasonable suggestions to the location of the Union Central Organization within the city. Analysis shows that Xiamen ranks first in the index of factor scale, industrial development index and urban functional index, and has a leading advantage and a core leading role.
