目的:分析温针灸联合独活寄生汤加减治疗膝关节骨关节炎的近期疗效.方法:将80例膝关节骨关节炎患者随机分为两组,对照组服用双氯芬酸钠缓释片治疗,治疗组采用温针灸联合独活寄生汤加减治疗,两组均治疗20 d.观察两组患者的临床疗效、炎症因子水平,比较两组WOMAC积分.结果:治疗组有总有效率为92.5％,对照组总有效率为72.5％,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).治疗后两组患者的IL-17、IL-18、TNF-α水平均显著降低,FGF-2、IGF-1、TGF-β水平均增加;治疗组治疗后IL-17、IL-18、TNF-α水平明显低于对照组(P＜0.05),FGF-2、IGF-1、TGF-β均高于对照组(P＜0.05).治疗组治疗后WOMAC积分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:温针灸联合独活寄生汤加减治疗膝关节骨关节炎疗效确切,可调节患者炎性因子水平.“,”Objective:To observe effects of Duhuo Jisheng decoction (独活寄生汤,DHJSD) combined with warm acupuncture in treating knee osteoarthritis.Methods:The 80 patients with knee osteoarthritis in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,control group took Diclofenac Sodium Sustained Release Tablets,treatment group was given DHJSD combined with warm acupuncture treatment,two groups treated for 20 days.The efficacy,inflammatory factors and WOMAC scores of the two groups were observed and compared.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 72.5％,which was significantly higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-17,IL-18,TNF-α in two groups significantly decreased,and the levels of FGF-2,IGF-1,TGF-βincreased.The levels of IL-17,IL-18,TNF-oα in treatment group were significantly lower than the control group (P＜0.05).And the levels of FGF-2,IGF-1,TGF-βwere higher than the control group (P＜0.05).Mter treatment,the WOMAC scores of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion:DHJSD combined with warm acupuncture can obviously improve the levels of inflammatory factors in knee osteoarthritis patients,and its effect is definitely.
