患者男,54岁,右侧肢体不自主运动半个月,对侧肢体瘫痪一天于1983年11月18日入院。半月前患者不明原因出现右侧上下肢不自主运动,睡眠时停止,从无头痛、发热、呕吐、抽搐及大小便失禁。曾去外院就诊,当时测血压200/110,用药后虽降至160/110,但不自主运动未减轻且加重。入院前一天晨起发现左侧肢体瘫,口角歪斜,语言不利而入本院。查体:体温36.4℃,脉博72次,呼吸19次,血压190/100。
