本文论述在国内外有关柴油机燃油电子喷射系统基础上,结合国内加工工艺的水平而构思出的设计方案。从输油泵出来的中等压力的燃油泵入蓄压器中,再经增压活塞增压作用由喷油嘴喷出,以达到高的喷射压力.同时减少系统中的高压部件,提高整个喷油系统的可靠性,降低制造难度。本实验在前期论证和系统仿真工作基础上,对所设计的燃油系统电控装置进行测试实验和进一步的改进,以验证此装置是否达到柴油机电控的要求和精度。
This article discusses the design scheme conceived at home and abroad on the basis of diesel fuel electronic injection system combined with the level of domestic processing technology. From the pump out of the medium-pressure fuel pump into the pressure accumulator, and then pressurized by the pressure booster jet nozzle to achieve high injection pressure. At the same time to reduce high-pressure components in the system to improve the reliability of the entire fuel injection system and reduce manufacturing difficulties. Based on the pre-demonstration and system simulation work, the experiment is carried out on the designed fuel system electronic control device and further improvement is made to verify whether the device meets the requirements and accuracy of diesel engine electronic control.
