通过对新生代农民工有关社会融入问题的实际调研,分析新生代农民工的特点以及他们在社会融入过程中所面对的重重困境。提出,像江西这类经济欠发达地区,在城镇化进程快速推进的过程中,地方政府部门通过产业布局、改善用工环境、制度创新、资本运营等手段,提升区域吸引力,积极促进新生代农民工的社会融入。
