通过实验室和田间优选抑菌实验得出有效成分为0.6%(苦参碱0.15%、小檗碱0.45%)时,苦·小檗碱杀菌水剂效果最佳。通过室内生物测定及两处大规模田间药效实验得出苦·小檗碱杀菌水剂对苹果腐烂病、苹果轮纹病和黄瓜霜霉病的有效抑菌稀释度。
The results showed that berberine bactericide was the best when 0.6% active ingredient (0.15% matrine and 0.45% berberine) were obtained through the best bacteriostatic experiments in laboratory and field. Through laboratory bioassay and two large-scale field efficacy experiments, the effect of bitter berberine bactericidal agent on apple rot disease, apple ring disease and cucumber downy mildew effective antibacterial dilution.
