Theophylline is a commonly used drug for the treatment of chronic bronchitis and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Its effective therapeutic concentration is relatively narrow (10 ~ 20μg / ml), and its efficacy and toxicity are closely related to its plasma concentration. Many medications can affect the in vivo process of theophylline. In this paper, the clinical reports of some of the drugs on theophylline are summarized.
