1 病例介绍患者 ,男 ,3 3岁。因咳嗽、发热在当地卫生院给予 10 %葡萄糖注射液 2 5 0ｍｌ +林可霉素 1.8ｇ +地塞米松 4ｍｇ ,用药后体温稍降。当晚 9时突感上肢抬举无力 ,继而不能抬起 ,下肢亦感无力 ,不能行走。第 2天早上来院体检 :双上肢肌力近端Ⅳ级 ,远端Ⅲ级 ;双下肢肌
1 case description Patient, male, 33 years old.
