随着汽车保有量的不断增长,城市“停车难”的问题日益突出,严重影响城市道路的通行效率和人民的生活质量,已成为制约城市可持续发展的障碍之一。有效解决城市停车难问题,改善道路通行质量,是当前城市发展的一个重要课题。圆形地下智能停车库可充分利用地下空间,减少对地面空间的占有率,在海外已有二十余年的成功使用经验。通过介绍海外成功经验,以期为我国停车场的建设提供有益的借鉴。
With the continuous growth of car ownership, the problem of “difficult parking” in cities has become increasingly prominent. Seriously affecting the traffic efficiency of urban roads and people’s quality of life has become one of the obstacles restricting the sustainable development of cities. Effectively solve the problem of parking in urban areas and improve the quality of road access is an important issue in the current urban development. Circular underground parking garage can take full advantage of underground space, reducing the occupancy of the ground space, has more than 20 years of successful experience in overseas use. By introducing the overseas successful experience, with a view to provide a useful reference for the construction of our parking lot.
