高校教育是国民教育的重要组成部分,高校每年都向国家建设输送了大量的科技、技术人才。为提升高校教育的质量和高校教育社会性的功能,我国的高校教育一直在改革中发展着。在新的教育改革纲要中,把“社会服务能力”放在了高校教育重点发展的对象。高校教育不能脱离人民群众,应将其优势物力、人力资源等融入于群众的现实生活,让其更好地为社会服务。高校与社区音乐教育资源整合是在突出高校教育“社会服务能力”的大背景下提出来的,本文主要就其影响因素展开分析,希望能为高校与社区音乐教育资源更好的整合贡献绵薄之力。

In order to improve the quality of university education and the social function of higher education, our higher education has been developing in the course of reform.
