可杀得(kocide)101(以下简称可杀得)是新型优质铜剂广谱杀菌剂,是防治瓜、果、蔬菜等作物真菌、细菌性病害的农药,其有效成份是氢氧化铜,占77％,中毒后可引起多脏器的功能损害。我们收治1例可杀得中毒引起的急性溶血并发急性肾功能衰竭患者,治愈出院。现将抢救与护理体会报告如下。1病例介绍 患者:女,27岁,因食入生黄瓜1小时后感上腹部绞痛,腹泻,大便呈暗红色,1天10余次,伴有恶心呕吐,酱油色尿,在当地按白血病治疗3天,病情加重后急转我院。查体:T 36.8℃,P
