应用Amplatzer血管栓塞物行术前门静脉栓塞

目的 是评估应用Amplatzer血管栓塞物(AVP)行术前门静脉栓塞术(PVE)的安全性和有效性。41例病人应用明胶海绵颗粒和AVP行PVE。应用5F导管以明胶海绵颗粒(1~8mm3)栓塞门静脉右支,然后将AVP在门静脉右支的一级或二级分支内展开。

The purpose was to evaluate the safety and efficacy of preoperative portal vein embolization (PVE) with Amplatzer vascular embolism (AVP). 41 patients with gelatin sponge particles and AVP line PVE. The 5F catheter was used to embolize the right branch of the portal vein with gelatin sponge particles (1-8 mm3). The AVP was then deployed in the primary or secondary branch of the right branch of the portal vein.
