我国水稻田占粮食作物总种植面积的22.4%,而国家仍在提倡扩大水稻种植面积,为提高水稻产量和节省支付于稻田工作的劳动力,必将在此基础上逐渐兴建或改建为工程性水稻灌排区,因此,研究工程性水稻灌排区的排水问题有着重要意义。为着设计排水沟,为着进行排水系统与容泄区情况的配合,为着在机械排水地区决定抽水站的设计流量和水头,要求获取暴雨和径流过程线,但如大家所知:目前我国这种实测资料是极少的。
