施工管理工作重点是现场,涉及到公司各职能部门,是整个公司综合管理的集中反映,也关系到工程进度、质量、安全、成本与资金运转等综合效果。如何加强施工现场的科学管理是施工人员共同关注的问题,也是值得研究和探讨的课题。文章对建筑施工现场管理存在的问题进行分析,提出加强建筑施工现场管理的措施。
Construction management focus is the scene, involving all functional departments of the company, is a concentrated reflection of the company’s integrated management, but also related to the project progress, quality, safety, cost and capital operation and other comprehensive effects. How to strengthen the scientific management of the construction site is a common concern of construction workers, but also worthy of study and discussion of topics.
