近年来,人类文明进入到信息时代,信息技术以及互联网被广泛应用于人们日常工作及生活中的各个领域当中,有效提升了工作效率。在档案管理工作中,电子档案取代了传统的纸质档案,因此传统的档案管理方式也需要进行转变,才能够符合人们的使用需求。鉴于此,本文首先对电子档案管理的总体设计进行了探讨,并对电子档案管理中应用的关键技术展开了分析,希望对我国相关领域的发展起到促进作用。
In recent years, human civilization has entered the information age, and information technology and the Internet have been widely used in various fields of daily work and life, which has effectively improved work efficiency. In the file management work, electronic files replace the traditional paper files, so the traditional file management methods also need to be changed in order to meet people’s needs. In view of this, this article first discusses the overall design of electronic records management, and analyzes the key technologies applied in electronic records management, hoping to promote the development of related fields in our country.
