特色是衡量一所学校发展水平的重要标尺,也是学校的魅力所在。很多学校为求生存和发展,大力开展特色办学,但不少学校在创建特色学校过程中存在着盲目跟风、急功近利、重“硬”轻“软”、重局部轻整体、违反特色发展规律等误区。本文针对创建特色学校过程中存在的误区进行了分析,提出了创建特色学校要结合实际,从整体出发、加强学校精神层面的建设、科学论证特色项目的拟定、遵循特色学校建设规律、注重内涵发展等对策与建议,希望能引起教育主管部门、决策者的重视和思考。
