城市的发展是一个不断更新和变化的动态过程,在这种新陈代谢的过程中,产生了一些工程已开始,在半途因故被迫停止而未能完成的烂尾楼建筑。烂尾楼破坏城市形象,浪费土地资源,对周边居民生活带来不便。随着城市的发展日趋成熟与饱和,如何为烂尾楼注入新的生命力,使其改造后重生成为近几年来关注的热点问题。本文就茂名市规划档案信息中心的绿色建筑改造工程为例,对烂尾楼的绿色建筑改造设计实践进行以下探讨。
The development of the city is a dynamic process that is constantly being updated and changed. During this metabolic process, some uncompleted flats have been built that failed to be completed after the project was halted for some reason. The residential area destroyed the image of the city, wasting land resources and causing inconvenience to the residents living nearby. As the city’s development matures and becomes saturated, how to inject new vitality into the uncompleted flats and make it reborn as a hot issue of concern in recent years?
