面对越来越严峻之能源危机,人们开始愈加关注建筑节能领域,其已成为建筑建设过程之重要环节,是令建筑业实现可持续发展道路之重要途径。BIM技术以直观之表现形式、优越之检测性能,于建筑节能设计领域应用愈加普遍,令建筑节能程度大幅提高,亦促进了我建筑业科学发展。以介绍中国建筑节能现状为之基础上,本文分析了BIM技术及其在建筑节能领域中之具体应用。
In the face of more and more severe energy crisis, people are paying more attention to the field of building energy efficiency. It has become an important link in the process of building construction and an important way for the construction industry to achieve sustainable development. BIM technology is an intuitive form of performance, superior detection performance, the more common in the field of building energy efficiency design, so that a substantial increase in building energy efficiency, but also contributed to the scientific development of the construction industry. Based on the introduction of the status quo of building energy efficiency in China, this paper analyzes the BIM technology and its application in the field of building energy efficiency.
