智能网作为计算机技术与现代通信相结合的产物，具有通信和计算机产品的双重特性。然而随着当今计算机通信在现代通信领域内扮演的角色越来越重要，传统的电信通信已感受到其压力。智能网作为一种以语音为主的信息服务手段，在Internet快车和传统电信班车相撞之际，何去何从？笔者为此初探了智能网的当前困惑和智能网在中国的发展。
As a combination of computer technology and modern communication, intelligent network has the dual characteristics of communication and computer products. However, with the growing importance of computer communications in modern communications today, traditional telecommunications have felt their pressure. Intelligent network as a voice-based information service means, in the Internet Express and the traditional telecommunications bus collision, where to go? The author first explored the current puzzle of intelligent network and the development of intelligent network in China.
