编辑同志: 寒假到了。如何安排好师生的寒假生活,是大家关心的问题。过去,寒假期间,教师和学生得不到很好的休息。有些地方在寒假里布置教师参加劳动、守校;协助公社、生产队扫盲和搞年终分配。布置学生搞宣传队、搞义务劳动,等等。为了让师生在寒假里能得到应有的体整,以便有充沛的精力去迎接新学期的教学任务,我们建议: 1,寒假期间应让教师自由支配时间。外地教师可以回家探亲,欢度春节;本地教师也可利用假期处理家务,减少后顾之忧。教师的备课和进修,也应根据不同的水平和工作各自选择,灵活安排。

In the past, teachers and students did not get a good rest during the winter holidays.
