程生达,武汉市汉阳人,1941年生,中国国画家协会理事,武汉市文史研究馆馆员,湖北省美术家协会理事,湖北省国际文化交流中心理事,中国花卉协会梅花分会理事,武汉市美术家协会副主席,以及湖北省社区文化研究会常务理事、顾问等。国家一级美术师。享受国务院政府津贴待遇。从事美术工作40余年,擅长写意花卉,尤以画梅著称。其创作溶铸古今,博采众长,师古而不拟古,能突破前人羁绊另辟蹊径。
