目的分析巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(MIF)、富含半胱氨酸蛋白61(Cyr61)和凋亡抑制蛋白(Livin)在人牙龈癌中的表达及临床意义。方法收集牙龈癌蜡块标本35例(高分化15例,中分化12例,低分化8例),正常牙龈组织15例。采用免疫组化法检测石蜡标本MIF、Cyr61、Livin蛋白。结果经单因素方差分析,4种标本类型MIF、Cyr61、Livin蛋白表达水平比较差异显著(P<0.05);且高分化、中分化及低分化牙龈组织MIF、Cyr61、Livin蛋白水平均高于正常牙龈组织(P<0.05);牙龈癌组织MIF、Cyr61、Livin蛋白阳性率均高于正常牙龈组织(P<0.05)。结论 MIF、Cyr61和Livin在人牙龈癌中高表达,且阳性检出率较高,可为牙龈癌治疗及预后提供指导。
Objective To analyze the expression and clinical significance of MIF, Cyr61 and Livin in human gingival cancer. Methods The specimens of gingival cancer wax were collected in 35 cases (15 cases were well differentiated, 12 cases were moderately differentiated, 8 cases were poorly differentiated) and 15 cases were normal gingival tissues. Paraffin specimens MIF, Cyr61 and Livin were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The levels of MIF, Cyr61 and Livin were significantly different among the four specimens (P <0.05) by single factor analysis of variance (ANOVA). The protein levels of MIF, Cyr61 and Livin in well differentiated, moderately differentiated and poorly differentiated gingival tissues were significantly higher than those in normal (P <0.05). The positive rates of MIF, Cyr61 and Livin in gingival cancer tissues were significantly higher than those in normal gingival tissues (P <0.05). Conclusions MIF, Cyr61 and Livin are overexpressed in human gingival carcinoma, and the positive rate of MIF, Cyr61 and Livin is high, which may provide guidance for the treatment and prognosis of gingival carcinoma.
