干部人事档案是对干部个人经历、活动、表现等的记载,是历史地全面地了解和正确选用干部的基础,是做好干部工作必备条件之一。随着电子政务的发展,实现干部人事档案信息化,可以大大提高人事档案工作的全面性、真实性和时效性,既是进一步贯彻落实浙江省数字档案馆(室)建设推进会议精神与《浙江省档案事业发展“十三五”规划》的目标任务,也是创新人事管理的有效手段之一。本文通过分析研究现行干部人事档案
