著名爱国将领杨虎城,以他和张学良将军一起发动的“西安事变”闻名中外,永垂青史。作为后来人,我深深为将军传奇式的经历和巨大的历史功勋所感佩。不久前,承蒙将军的女儿杨拯美同志的允诺,我得以对她进行了采访。杨拯美现任甘肃省政协常委、祖国统一联谊委员会主任。在办公室她热情地接待了我。虽然她已年近花甲,且身居高位,但她那慈厚而刚毅的脸上丝毫没有居功自傲的神态。我们的谈话,紧紧围绕杨将军的一生和他的家庭开始。杨拯美不惮疲累地侃侃而谈,使我拨开历史的烟尘,回顾了杨将军奋斗不息、追求进步的光荣历史,也进一步了解了将军的一家,是追求进步和革命的一家。
The famous patriotic general Yang Hucheng was famous both at home and abroad for his “Xi’an Incident” launched jointly with General Zhang Xueliang. As a later man, I deeply admire the general legendary experience and great historical merits. Not long ago, with the promise of my comrade General Yang Zhengmei, I was able to interview her. Yang Zhengmei is currently standing member of the CPPCC National Committee in Gansu Province, director of the Unification Friendship Committee of the motherland. She warmly received me in the office. Although she has been a recent flower, and occupy a high position, but her compassionate and resolute face did not have any self-assertive demeanor. Our conversation closely started around General Yang’s life and his family. Yang Cheng-mei, who dared to talk in a loud and clear manner, made me pluck aside the dust of history, reviewed the glorious history of General Yang’s struggles and pursued progress, and learned more about the general and the one who pursued progress and revolution.
