项目工程建设是企业扩大规模、提高市场供给量的重要方式之一。在项目工程建设中,由于资金需求量往往较大,如何安排融资结构,如何以更低的成本融入资金,成为企业在扩大再生产中面临的首要问题。同时,工程建设项目一般是企业的重要固定资产,影响企业后续多年的生产经营成本,如何保质保量完成项目,如何控制工程建设项目的总体成本,为企业在财务控制方面提出了新的课题。本文在概述企业项目工程建设融资与财务控制的基础上,阐述融资与财务控制对项目工程建设的重要意义,进而提出企业项目工程建设中加强融资与财务控制的主要措施。
Project construction is one of the important ways for enterprises to expand their scale and increase the market supply. In project construction, due to the large capital demand, how to arrange the financing structure and how to integrate the capital with lower cost have become the primary problems that enterprises face in expanding reproduction. At the same time, construction projects are generally important fixed assets of an enterprise, affecting the follow-up production and operation costs of the enterprise for many years to come. How to complete the project on the basis of quality and quantity, and how to control the overall cost of the construction project raise new topics for the enterprises in terms of financial control. Based on the outline of financing and financial control of enterprise project construction, this paper expounds the significance of financing and financial control in project construction, and then puts forward the main measures to strengthen financing and financial control in the construction of enterprise project.
