我省职工高等学校教学水平综合评估方案,在加强教学基础和常规化建设、提高教学管理水平、进一步提高教学质量等方面,指出了比较科学的、规范的、具体的检查标准和工作目标。“方案”在哈尔滨市评估实施过程中,宏观和整体上得到了基层学校的普遍好评,但在处理普遍性与特殊性、共性与个性关系方面,还需进一步完善。一、“方案”应注重突出成人教育特色,体现职工高校工作重点的转移,鼓励多功能办学。随着治理整顿、深化改革的逐步深入和企业的发展,企业对各类人才培养的需要是迫切的。不仅
The comprehensive assessment program of teaching staff in colleges and universities in our province has pointed out more scientific, standardized and specific inspection standards and work objectives in strengthening teaching foundation and routine construction, improving teaching management level, and further improving teaching quality.
