目的观察肥儿丸合针刺大椎穴治疗小儿上呼吸道感染伴发热的疗效和安全性,探讨中医治疗该病的优势。方法 85例上呼吸道感染伴发热的小儿给予肥儿丸口服和针刺大椎穴加拔火罐治疗。结果治疗3d后,总有效率92.9%,愈显率达90.6%,未见明显的不良反应。结论肥儿丸合针刺大椎穴治疗小儿上呼吸道感染伴发热的疗效好且安全无不良反应。
Objective To observe the curative effect and safety of treating hypertensive children with upper respiratory tract infection accompanied by fever with the treatment of hypertensive and obstructive jaundice by acupuncture at Dazu acupuncture point to explore the advantages of TCM treatment of the disease. Methods 85 cases of upper respiratory tract infection with fever in children given fat pill and oral acupuncture Dazhui acupuncture treatment. Results After 3 days of treatment, the total effective rate was 92.9%, the effective rate was 90.6%. No obvious adverse reactions were observed.
