胡主席在党的十七大报告中明确提出:“要走出一条中国特色军民融合式发展路子”。内蒙古锡林郭勒盟委、行署和军分区认真贯彻落实胡主席这一重要战略思想,结合少数民族地区及边防部队实际,自觉把推进军民融合式发展纳入经济社会发展总体规划,在长期实践中探索形成了“五融合”、“四促进”的军民融合式发展新模式,为巩固民族团结、社会稳定、边疆安宁,促进锡林郭勒地区的科学发展、安全发展作出了应有贡献。他们的做法值得借鉴。
