在企业之间竞争越来越激烈的情况下,战略人力资源管理以其本身对于企业战略目标的支撑作用赢得了很多企业的青睐,战略人力资源管理开始取代传统的人力资源管理。不过战略人力资源管理是人力资源管理领域的一个新课题,因为欠缺能力、经验,很多企业开展战略人力资源管理工作的水平较低,因此本文选择这一课题进行研究,希望丰富这一领域的研究,以期给企业战略人力资源管理水平的提升带来有益指导。本文在对于战略人力资源管理内涵以及特点进行全面探讨的基础之上,分析了当前企业战略人力资源管理方面普遍存在的各种问题,并针对这些问题探讨了解决策略。
In the situation that the competition among enterprises is getting more and more fierce, strategic human resource management has won the favor of many enterprises with its own support for the strategic objectives of the enterprise. Strategic human resource management has begun to replace the traditional human resource management. However, strategic human resource management is a new topic in the field of human resource management. Because of lack of capability, experience and low level of strategic human resource management in many enterprises, this paper chooses this subject to study and hopes to enrich the research in this field , With a view to bring useful guidance to the improvement of enterprise’s strategic human resource management level. Based on a comprehensive discussion of the connotation and characteristics of strategic human resource management, this paper analyzes various problems existing in the current strategic human resource management of enterprises and probes into solutions to these problems.
