This article draws on the strategic human capital model of the American strategic management expert ScottA.Snell, divides the human capital in the enterprise into four types and explores the pricing methods separately, and then provides an analysis for designing the pricing mechanism of the human capital of the enterprise from a strategic perspective frame.
