The morbidity of congenital diseases is high, affecting the quality of the nation. This article analyzes 142 cases of crippled cases in Chaozhou City; discusses the relationship between congenital diseases and eugenics and provides some reference materials for eugenic work. The report is as follows. 1 Clinical data 1. Sources of the cases: All of the cases that were fully evaluated by the women’s disabled children’s consultation group during the period from 1987 to 1995 in the city.
