鲁迅先生的建议,写完文章至少要看两遍,“将可有可无的字、句、段删去”,是把文章写短的良策。“说短话,写短文”是工作的需要,读者的希望。有人提出“不要‘有话则长,无话则短’,而要‘有话则短,无话则免’”,这实在是高明的见解。也就是说,要把“可有可无”的东西一律删去,毫不可惜。本文试图以一个实例来说这个问题。有一篇谈企业教育培训中心的论文稿子,讲到目前有些企业建立的培训中心,只是换个牌子,没有实质性的改变时,说:
