多导耳蜗植入术后颞骨的组织病理表现报道不多。报道一例颞骨横形骨折后多导电子耳蜗植入,后又溺水致死患者的颞骨组织病理学情况。患者为20岁男性青年,因高空坠落而发生双侧颞骨横形骨折,经CT扫描证实。患者有持续中度平衡失调,双耳鼓室内有清液,并有脑脊液鼻漏。外伤后三个月行双中耳乳突探查,发现右耳圆窗到卵圆窗前缘有骨折线,二窗均有外淋巴漏,左耳骨折线在壶腹水平越过水平半规管至面神经管卵圆窗龛,再到圆窗,
