记者:黑龙江省是我国几大边疆省区之一,相对来说,中国铁路物资哈尔滨有限公司(以下简称“哈尔滨公司”)融资环境较差、可利用资源贫乏、所处区域经济相对滞后。但近几年,哈尔滨公司却保持了持续快速发展的强劲势头,各项经营指标屡创历史新高,2010年实现销售收入近百亿元,2011年前十个月销售收入已经超过百亿,在黑龙江省赢得了较高的声望,在中国铁物各项考评中也名列前茅。取得这样的成绩,哈尔滨公司做了哪些努力?
