在酸性和低温条件下 ,用适量乙醇使锰电解液中的 Mn SO4 沉淀分离 ,用火焰原子吸收光谱法直接测定锰电解液中铜、锌、镉和铅含量。方法简便、快速、实用 ,具有较高的精密度和准确性。相对标准偏差 3.8%~ 4.5% ,回收率 90 .5%~ 1 0 6.5% ,特征浓度铜为 0 .0 4 9μg·ml-1/1 % ,锌为 0 .0 0 8μg· ml-1/1 % ,镉为 0 .0 1 5μg· ml-1/1 % ,铅为 0 .1 8μg· ml-1/1 %。
Under acidic and low temperature condition, Mn SO4 in the manganese electrolyte was precipitated by using appropriate amount of ethanol, and the content of copper, zinc, cadmium and lead in the manganese electrolyte was directly determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The method is simple, fast and practical, with high precision and accuracy. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) were 3.8% -4.5% and the recoveries were 90.5% -1 05.5%. The characteristic concentrations of copper were 0.049 9 μg · ml-1/1% and zinc was 0.080 μg · ml -1 / 1%, cadmium was 0.150μg · ml-1/1% and lead was 0.18μg · ml-1/1%.
