目的研究myocardin和核因子(NF)-κB在子宫平滑肌瘤与正常子宫肌层表达的差异,探讨二者在子宫平滑肌瘤发病中的作用机制。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测myocardin与NF-κB在81例子宫平滑肌瘤组织和81名正常子宫肌层组织中的表达情况。结果与正常肌层组织相比,子宫平滑肌瘤组织中myo-cardin的表达降低(P<0.05),NF-κB的表达增高(P<0.05),两者表达呈相关性(P<0.05)。两者的表达与患者的年龄、肌瘤个数、有无变性无关。结论 Myocardin与NF-κB可能在子宫平滑肌瘤的发生发展过程中发挥重要作用,NF-κB可能下调myocardin蛋白表达参与子宫平滑肌瘤的发生。
Objective To study the difference between myocardin and nuclear factor-kappa B (NF-κB) expression in uterine leiomyoma and normal myometrium, and to explore their roles in the pathogenesis of uterine leiomyoma. Methods The expression of myocardin and NF-κB in 81 cases of uterine leiomyoma and 81 cases of normal myometrium were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results Compared with normal muscular tissue, the expression of myo-cardin in uterine leiomyoma was decreased (P <0.05) and the expression of NF-κB was increased (P <0.05) . Both expression and the patient’s age, myoma number, with or without degeneration has nothing to do. Conclusions Myocardin and NF-κB may play an important role in the development of uterine leiomyoma. NF-κB may down-regulate the expression of myocardin in uterine leiomyoma.
