2014年1月7日,省科技厅与交通银行江西省分行全面战略合作暨科技协同创新项目签约仪式在南昌举行。这标志着我省科技与金融结合进入了一个新的发展阶段。省长鹿心社,交通银行党委书记、董事长牛锡明出席签约仪式,并一同为交通银行南昌高新科技支行揭牌。省委副书记尚勇主持签约仪式,副省长谢茹出席。仪式上,省科技厅与交通银行江西省分行签署了全面战略合作协议,并与5个科技协同创新项目承担单位签署了项目计划任务书和资金监管
On January 7, 2014, the signing ceremony of the comprehensive strategic cooperation and synergistic innovation project of science and technology between Provincial Science and Technology Department and Bank of Communications Jiangxi Branch was held in Nanchang. This marks the integration of science and technology in our province has entered a new stage of development. Governor Lu Xin She, Party Secretary of Bank of Communications, Chairman Niu Ximing attended the signing ceremony and unveiled Nanchang High-Tech Branch of Bank of Communications. Shang Yong, deputy secretary of the provincial government, presided over the signing ceremony and Xie Ru, vice governor, attended the ceremony. At the ceremony, the provincial Science and Technology Department and Bank of Communications Jiangxi Branch signed a comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement and signed a project plan letter of reference and financial supervision with five units undertaking scientific and technological innovation projects
