目的:探讨在腹腔镜下行子宫肌瘤剔除术的临床疗效和技巧、技术。方法:对63例腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术患者的资料和临床疗效进行总结分析。结果:全部病例在腹腔镜下完成手术,无一例中转开腹。手术时间为45～1110min,平均手术时间为63.40min;术中出血量在38～215mL之间,平均出血量为75.32mL,无并发症发生。结论:在腹腔镜下行子宫肌瘤剔除术具有创伤小、术后恢复快的优点,是一种理想的手术方法,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy, technique and technique of laparoscopic myomectomy. Methods: 63 cases of laparoscopic myomectomy patients information and clinical efficacy were analyzed. Results: All the cases underwent laparoscopic surgery without any conversion to laparotomy. The operation time was 45 ~ 1110min, the average operation time was 63.40min. The intraoperative blood loss was between 38 ~ 215mL and the average bleeding volume was 75.32mL. No complications occurred. Conclusion: Laparoscopic myomectomy has the advantages of less trauma and faster recovery after operation. It is an ideal surgical method and worthy of clinical application.
