Crile于1906年首次提出颈淋巴结清除术（Neckdsse－tion，简称颈清术）以来，在治疗头颈部恶性肿瘤颈淋巴结转移癌方面起到了重要作用。近代所行颈清术，基本遵循Criler手术原则及方法，但如何防止及降低手术并发症，仍需进一步探索。我院1983年6月～1996年6月行预清术674例，?
In 1906, Crile first proposed neck dissection (Neck dselase), which has played an important role in the treatment of cancer metastasis of cervical lymph nodes in head and neck malignancies. The cervical dissection performed in modern times basically follows the principles and methods of the Criler operation, but it is still necessary to further explore how to prevent and reduce the complications of surgery. In our hospital from June 1983 to June 1996, 674 cases of pre-clearing were performed.
