ＵＰＳ作为用户负载的保护神，是实时信息和数据的第一守护者，在关键信息系统中起着举足轻重的作用。电网中的波动或中断哪怕只有毫秒级，都可能造成数据丢失的严重后果。因此，用户在选用ＵＰＳ时，考虑的因素除所选品牌的性能、质量问题外，最看重的就是保证所选用ＵＰＳ能长期持续稳定运行的服务。可以说，服务已成为备ＵＰＳ厂商“逐鹿中原”的有力武器。
