随着一二线城市零售市场的饱和度越来越高,内外资零售大鳄们不约而同地将目光转向了三四线城市,这使得原本还算平静的三四线市场一下变得“狼烟四起”。内外资零售企业公平竞争的市场环境在一二城市正逐渐回归,但三四线城市的各级地方政府依然以FDI(外商直接投资)为目标隐形优惠外资零售,在一定程度上挤压了区域零售企业的成长空间。
With the increasing saturation of the retail market in the first and second tier cities, foreign and domestic retail predators have all along turned their attention to the third and fourth tier cities, which has made the originally quiet markets of the three or four lines become “ ”.
