○科学的“大厦”何时落成“思想政治工作是一门科学”,这是人们津津乐道的。然而尽管党的思想政治工作已经有了半个多世纪的历史,也尽管这几年我们在系统化、理论化、科学化方面作了一些努力,但科学的“大厦”却远未落成。这虽令人遗憾,却是事实。我们知道,一门科学的创立,至少要有两个条件:一是要确立学科的概念和范畴,亦即明确学科所研究的对象和特殊矛盾,以与其它学科相区别;二是在基本概念的基础上,依照一定的逻辑关系形成严密的理沦体系和基本规律。这两点思想政治工作都还不具备。就以基本概念和范畴而言,它是思维对客观事物普遍本质的概
