目的探讨T2DM患者CA199水平与血糖、IR和胰岛β细胞功能之间的关系。方法入选T2DM患者165例,分别以HbA1c 10.1%、FPG 8.31mmol/L、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)2.7、胰岛功能指数(HOMA-islet)22.1为界,分为高HbA1c组(HH组)和低HbA1c组(LH组);高FPG组(HF组)和低FPG组(LF组);IR组和胰岛素敏感组(SR组);胰岛β细胞功能正常组(BN组)和胰岛β细胞功能减退组(BW组),比较各组CA199水平。结果 HH组CA199水平高于LH组(26.75 vs 16.68U/ml,P<0.05)。Spearman相关研究显示,CA199与HbA1c、FPG呈正相关(P<0.05),与IR、胰岛β细胞功能无相关性(P>0.05);多元逐步回归分析显示,HbA1c是CA199的主要影响因素。结论 T2DM患者CA199水平与血糖状态密切相关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between CA199 levels and blood glucose, IR and pancreatic β-cell function in T2DM patients. Methods One hundred and sixty-five patients with T2DM were enrolled and divided into high HbA1c group (HH group), HbA1c 10.1%, FPG 8.31mmol / L, insulin resistance index (HOMA-IR) 2.7 and HOMA-islet 22.1 And low HbA1c group (LH group); high FPG group (HF group) and low FPG group (LF group); IR group and insulin sensitive group (SR group); pancreatic β-cell function normal group Dysfunction group (BW group), the level of CA199 in each group was compared. Results The level of CA199 in HH group was higher than that in LH group (26.75 vs 16.68U / ml, P <0.05). Spearman correlation study showed that CA199 was positively correlated with HbA1c and FPG (P <0.05), but not with IR or pancreatic β-cell function (P> 0.05). Multivariate stepwise regression analysis showed that HbA1c was the main factor of CA199. Conclusion The level of CA199 in T2DM patients is closely related to the blood glucose status.
