赵××,女,28岁,住院号1343,某汽车修配厂清洗工人。接触三氯乙烯3年,近半年有增多‘每次5～10分钟,每日接触8～10次。接触后周身不适、双眼球疼痛、失眠、舌麻木,体重在半年內减轻22公斤。1979年6月15日上午将装有三氯乙烯清洗槽加热,作清洗工作10分钟后昏倒,经36小时后清醒诉有头痛、头晕、眼球疼痛、视物模糊、胸痛、咳嗽、右季肋部疼痛。伙有失语及尿失禁。在当地用能量合剂等治疗,18天后转入我院。查体:神志清楚,巩膜,皮肤无黃染,体溫、脉搏、血压、心肺正常。肝在右季肋下2.0cm,住院后3天
