从1911年哈弗商学院第一次采用案例教学法授课至今100多年过去了,案例教学法越来越广泛地应用于各个专业教学当中。培养学生的学习能力、创造能力和在不可预见的情况发生时的灵活处理能力至关重要。哈佛人认为这种能力不可能从传统的粉笔+讲课中获得的。案例教学法的重点是亲身参与和分享经验。教学的30%来自教师,70%来自不同的同学。笔者根据自己的教学经验探讨一下案例教学法在《内科护理学》的应用及应用当中发现的问题。
More than 100 years have passed since the first case teaching method was adopted by Harvard Business School in 1911, and the case teaching method has been applied more and more widely to various specialized teaching. Fostering students’ ability to learn, to create skills, and to be flexible in the event of unforeseen circumstances is crucial. Harvard people think that this ability can not be obtained from the traditional chalk + lectures. The focus of the case pedagogy is to personally engage in and share experiences. 30% of teachers come from teaching and 70% from different classmates. The author based on his teaching experience to explore the case teaching method in the “medical nursing” and application of the problems found.
