目的研究柳茶(LT)水提物对自然衰老小鼠学习记忆能力及代谢产物的影响,探讨柳茶水提物延缓衰老的可能机制。方法 14月龄的60只SPF级雄性昆明小鼠,随机其分为空白对照组、LT低、中、高剂量组、阳性对照药维生素E组。分别相应给药50d后,测试小鼠学习记忆成绩;免疫器官重量;超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力,丙二醛(MDA)积累量,单胺氧化酶(MAO)活力;纹状体中多巴胺(DA)含量。结果 LT水提物能明显抑制自然衰老小鼠免疫器官萎缩,明显减少MDA积累量,降低MAO的活力和增加SOD活力,一定程度抑制单胺类神经递质含量的减少。结论 LT水提取物能够延缓自然衰老小鼠的衰老过程,LT水提物延缓衰老的作用机制可能与提高免疫功能,增强抗氧化能力,作用于单胺类神经递质有关。
Objective To study the effects of aqueous extract of Willow tea (LT) on learning and memory abilities and metabolites of naturally aged mice, and to explore the possible mechanism of aqueous extract of Willow Tea in delaying aging. Methods Sixty SPF male Kunming mice of 14 months old were randomly divided into blank control group, LT low, medium and high dose groups and the positive control vitamin E group. The mice were sacrificed and the mice were sacrificed and the rats were sacrificed for 50 days. The learning and memory scores, the weight of immune organs, the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD), the accumulation of malondialdehyde (MDA) and the activity of monoamine oxidase (MAO) )content. Results The aqueous extract of LT could significantly inhibit the atrophy of immune organs in naturally aged mice, significantly reduce the accumulation of MDA, decrease the activity of MAO and increase the activity of SOD, and decrease the content of monoamine neurotransmitters to a certain extent. CONCLUSION: LT water extract can delay the aging process in naturally aged mice. The mechanism of anti-aging effect of LT water extract may be related to enhancing immune function, enhancing anti-oxidative capacity and acting on monoamine neurotransmitter.
