试验针对红松育苗中普遍存在的二次生长现象,进行了定点、定位的观测,并根据植物激素具有调节植物生长作用的原理,采用19种化学药剂、140个化控配方控制二次生长。结果表明:在140个化控配方中只有A系列1500~2500μg·g-1、200~400mL·m-2配方有明显的控制效果,但从既经济、效果又好的原则看,采用A系列2000μg·g-1、200mL·m-2配方喷洒一次为最佳,能把二次生长控制在3%以下,达到了控制二次生长的目的,解决了二次生长的技术难题。但在喷洒药物时要选择在晴天,喷后6h内不能浇水,喷洒时间是在苗木高生长停止期的展叶末期,一般在7月20日左右。应用该技术成本低、方法简便、不影响田间作业,易于推广应用。
Based on the principle of plant hormones regulating plant growth, 19 chemical agents and 140 chemical control formulas were used to control the secondary growth. The results showed that only A series 1500 ~ 2500μg · g-1,200 ~ 400mL · m-2 formula had significant control effects among 140 chemical control formulas. However, from the perspective of economy and good effect, A series 2000μg · g-1, 200mL · m-2 sprayed the best formula for one time, the secondary growth can be controlled below 3%, to achieve the purpose of controlling the secondary growth, to solve the technical problems of secondary growth. However, the choice of spraying drugs in sunny days, after spraying 6h can not be watering, spraying time is high seedling growth expiration of the end of leaf expanse, usually around July 20. The low cost of application of the technology, the method is simple, does not affect field operations, easy to promote the application.
