目的观察中医药结合治疗异位妊娠的临床疗效。方法将96例患者随机分为2组,治疗组(48例)采用米非司酮配合中药柏银汤口服,对照组(48例)采用单纯米非司酮治疗。结果治疗组成功率及输卵管通畅率明显高于对照组,差异有显著性。结论柏银汤配合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠可显著提高疗效。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods 96 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group (48 cases) was treated with mifepristone combined with Baiyin Tang and the control group (48 cases) with mifepristone alone. Results The success rate of treatment group and tubal patency rate was significantly higher than that of control group, the difference was significant. Conclusions Bo-silver soup with mifepristone treatment of ectopic pregnancy can significantly improve the efficacy.
