本文的研究主要涉及以下几个方面:民办机制在促进专业与企业深度合作中所起到的作用;技术服务岗位专业基础、专业技能、职业能力课程所占比例;500强企业对员工的职业素养养成方法;校企合作的形式、方法和途径;校企互动过程中学校、企业、学生在各阶段所扮演的角色和作用;校企合作各阶段行动指南。本文旨在重点研究联想订单培养中上述前三个方面的问题,并做深入探讨。
The research of this paper mainly involves the following aspects: the role of private-owned mechanism in promoting the deep cooperation between professional and enterprise; the proportion of technical service professional foundation, professional skills and vocational ability curriculum; the professionalism The ways and means of cooperation between schools and enterprises; the roles and roles of schools, enterprises and students in all stages of school-enterprise interaction; and the guide for action in all stages of school-industry cooperation. The purpose of this paper is to focus on the above three aspects of Lenovo’s order training and to discuss in depth.
