探讨冬虫夏草多糖脂质体（ＣＰＬ）对肝纤维化大鼠肝组织转化生长因子（ＴＧＦ）β_１的影响。方法：动物分为３组，肝纤维化模型组、ＣＰＬ治疗组和正常对照组，采用Ｎｏｒｔｈｅｒｎ杂交技术检测各组大鼠肝组织ＴＧＦ－β_１基因的表达。结果：ＣＰＬ治疗组大鼠肝脏中ＴＧＦ－β_１ｍＲＮＡ表达量明显下降，与模型组大鼠比较差异有显著性（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论： ＣＰＬ可明显下调实验性肝纤维化大鼠肝组织ＴＧＦ－β_１ｍＲＮＡ的表达。
To investigate the effects of Cordyceps sinensis polysaccharide liposome (CPL) on the expression of transforming growth factor (TGF) β 1 in hepatic tissue of rats with hepatic fibrosis. Methods: The animals were divided into three groups: liver fibrosis model group, CPL treatment group and normal control group. Northern blotting was used to detect the expression of TGF-β 1 gene in liver tissue of each group. Results: The expression of TGF-β 1 mRNA in the liver of CPL treatment group was significantly lower than that in the model group (P <0.01). CONCLUSION: CPL can down-regulate the expression of TGF-β 1 mRNA in hepatic tissue of experimental liver fibrosis rats.
